Wheel of Time Series Refresher

Post by Alayla » Tue Aug 16, 2016 4:01 pm

For those of you who have not yet read the books, or simply want to brush up on the highlights, this makes a good resource to have bookmarked. Enjoy, but know there will be spoilers!

When you get to around book 6, stop resisting. You'll be better off :P

I should have instead written "for those who have never read the books but want to understand our story line." I don't want to spoil anything! :)

Are you a mind reader? That's where I quit my first read through in highschool. I'm told that they finish strongly though.

I read Winter's Heart twice and didn't realize that I had already read the book until I got to the last chapter.

That's how boring and forgettable it is.

Yeh, the middle books around 7-10 aren't as good IMHO as the later ones where things start to hot up - call me a Romantic but the scene where Rand finally back to Elaine, gets it on with her and all the bonded others get all that feed-back is definitely a feel-good moment...!

That's actually where I stopped - still haven't finished the second half of 6 through book 12 (I'm a fraud!). Did read AMoL though, which was great.
