He wanders the world. He is sometimes in GF, around the gholam smob, think 2 east from the smob entrance, also in the southern misty mountains, in the braem wood east of Whitebridge and somewhere else too I think, I forget.

Also around Meneril.

I'll let you in on a secret - one time per practice reset you can send the guardian a tell of "prac" and a male channeler who isn't suffering from no quit will be transported to a male channeler practice area.

I would only recommend this if you are practicing a leveled character. Doing this at level 16 when you still have so many practices to acquire probably isn't a good idea.
