Wheel of Time MUD

I have been looking at the stat caps for channeled from the borderland nations and it seems 18 19 19 17 16 (cut where you will for statsum cap) is possible. Also saw a log in art of war confirming these stats are infact possible. What I wonder, has anyone actually stat something similar to these physicals with decent mentals, or are they only obtainable through rerolling?

It's possible I think. Personally best I've gotten is 18 17 14 with decent mentals. I think just have to run the wheels long enough to get lucky.
