Small update to the "DMG" output box:
Previously, the Str-bonus portion required entering a custom "above" function into AnyDice.com. I've fiddled around and found a better way to display it, so now you can simply copy the output of the "DMG" box into AnyDice. Just type "output " before it like normal and it should display the distribution properly.
