Passphrase reset

Does the in-game passphrase reset work? I have a couple characters I forgot the passphrases for, been using the emails I would have used then but not having any luck with it.

Have a look at 'help passphrase' or something in game, I think password reset is pretty odd (like there are two five minute windows each day to do it or something?). Not exactly sure, I think you can also mail Vivienne who can help you sort it out so long as the character had an email registered.

Yeah I did the IFORGOT:email thing and no joy. Was just wondering if that function in the game currently works, before I try and bug the imm's.
