ISP ban?

So trying to log into the game for the first time in like 3 weeks and i get this:

Sorry! Your ISP is restricted due to abuse and/or harassment by
person(s) using this ISP. Whilst this restriction may be lifted
at some time in the future, if you wish to create new characters our
suggestion would be to change to a different ISP. If you were not
responsible for the abuse and have established characters, please
post at http://forums.wotmud.info we will consider placing a 'SITEOK' flag
on a limited number of characters (5 max).

I figure this must be a mistake, and/or collateral damage?

Yeah I’d mail staff as well if you haven’t. I’m sure you just got caught in something from someone else.

Tried to find out which IP is the culprit, but not seeing it. Site_OKed Tolveor for now. Please mail Staff with a list of your alts so those can be SITE_OKed as well, which would solve the issue. I think.
