help in recovering lost aqps

Ok, I should have made a backup before I decided to update my os. I lost my record of aqps and I can't remember how many I had before I updated my os. Anyone can help please? Thanks!

I'd recommend Google Sheets for keeping track in the future, too. Harder to lose that!

I think that's even better than flash drives. i tend to lose things so often i drive others crazy.
