spining timer for zmud windows ten?

The spinningtimer.dll (can get from Markus post in zmud section wotmudarchives) works for me still and I am running windows 10. I run zmud in compatibility mode for winxp service pack 3 and run as administrator.

I have noticed at times I have to re-load it via the plugins tab... but it always starts to work again when I do.
