Why do I keep having to clear my cache/history/etc

So... ever since our forum switched I'm having to semi-regularly (this is the second time now...) clear everything. I use google chrome. Am I doing something wrong or what is happening?
I try to sign in and get something about it being invalid. Have to wipe everything out to get back on.

It's me, trying to get the settings correct, and each time I update it that happens.
Sorry, I know it's annoying.

Same here Paigey. Tried to clear the site only, but didn't work. Still have to clear all of Chrome. Use Firefox! Tis my 3rd logon using it, and still working fine.
