Mobol Merchants

There are merchants and peddlers across the map that sell or trade to players and are activated by says/tells. Is this one of them?

The tanner stands here hawking his wares, riding a draft horse.

A tall, slightly plump man stands before you wear the products he sells. Deck
out in full leather, he shows that leather is both capable of absorbing the
blows of battle and allow the freedom of movement to dodge those blows also. A
brief smile shows on his face when he meets your glance, but he quickly returns
to his task at hand.

The tanner is in excellent condition.

Some examples are:
A peddler pawns his wares here.
An itinerant peddler takes a break from his trade here.
A merchant stands here, whistling softly.
A tawny merchant stands here, glaring about the area.
Weary and coated in dust, a merchant stands here.
