I am sorry Lamont that some rules can prevent people from pking north for no reason and I find it wrong. If a *oL kills an AS in Tear, that shouldn’t prevent them from north PK because Saldaea or whoever wants to banish, warrant, or whatever.

find the clause that allows for warranting/banishing for attacks on tower anywhere and ill give you a jcuff. there is a part about slander thats about it.
