We've been receiving some complaints that people attempt to register a character and then do not receive the confirmation email.
If that happens, you may want to check your spam or junk folder - the mail may inadvertently have ended up there.

I also had an issue when using the same email for two characters on the same day. I requested a new authorization email the next day and it worked.

I had trouble with some alts. I think it was because they had the same email address. But as soon as I asked for a resend it came immediately.

to that- There was no email in my spam or junk folders.

I can confirm this bug. When I registered I never got an activation email to either my inbox or spambox. When I clicked "resend activation", I received it immediately to my inbox.
