I may be way off, but I think Stark said that all weapons below 10lbs behave as 10 lbs. Maybe the added parry bonus of his set coupled with postures puts him above some magical threshold.

Not so much they all act as if they weigh 10 lbs so much as weight plays no factor, and the formula is slightly different (to be more fair, they all behave like 7.5 lb weapons I think).
For the record, from the formulas it seems that even with 250 ob and 200 pb (obviously absurd amounts to pull brave in any kit), you still have a 0% chance of bashing 162 dodge. I'd say it has something to do with the multibashing in this case, as he was engaged primarily on Narbo.

If Narbo is in an easy to bash setup, it will be related to multi-bash yes.

Definitely because he's on narbo first and he's abs, aka you could be wearing a perfect kit and get bashed

can see them do it with mobs too, like some will bash the mob or tree they are buffing to also bash the dodger who is buffing in 1.place
