I vote 18 for a non-mannequin. The max/max/min/max/max of the starting stats and the symmetry makes happier than it probably should, though.

thanks guys.. i think i might be able to get a homeland change (given it's Andor). id on't know though, since the imm hasn't seen what stats these were before saying he would look at it.

it's my first char and i didn't know any better so i statted Andor. got 18 17 19 in 2 stats and then these were hte first rerolls - that symmetry.

9 will is awful to play with though - especially from the region i play from
