I thought about 9 for the 19 19 17 but idk about the sum loss (-1) and HP MV loss.. I am leaning toward keeping current.

All the INT and WIL values equate to the same pretty much, I'd also go with 9 or 16.

Also, is your current moves counting the +20 max for eq moves bonus?
