Forgot my password, is there a way to get it back?

Hey, I'm sure this is annoying but I haven't played in like 5-6 years. I forgot my characters password and would love to somehow get it back. Is there recourse?

Did you register an email to the character? If not then I think immortals can run an IP check if you haven't moved. Other than that I'm not too sure

Honestly can't remember. I've moved since then anyway. I guess I'll be statting again for a while if I wanna play :'(

We can do more than just look at your IP. Maybe you remember alts and we can tie them together, and so on.
Just either mail Staff with what information you can remember, or contact Cerys, Itesh, Elysia or Vampa ingame. It happens that we hit a complete dead end, but I'd say in 9/10 cases we figure it out and are able to return alts to their original owners.
