cant connect to new laptop

just installed zmud on my new laptop and it wont connect to the server. not to savvy with computers so pls talk to me like im dumb.

For your host are you using game.wotmud.org and using port 2224 ?

got it, zmud was trying to connect to some random ip, had it ping the server and it pulled up the right ip and I was able to connect

Remember the IP can change which is why they wanted you to use the name vs numbers. Glad you fixed it however.
