Give me your general thoughts.. I know attack his high, and i should probably drop that to do something else with it.

Definitely 7 surv. Also if you’re not going to play dodge just stop at 91 dodge.

Aslo, you don't need that high of notice. 86 notice has never failed me...just make sure you use h.dark/h.human while spamming. You don't need to spam it all the time, but throw one in every now and then, or if you see a hidden in room, use h. for sure...and if you find you are really strapped for pracs, you could probably lower your attack too. 80-86 maybe? should save a couple pracs that way anyway...or you could cut back your search.

Ride is my clan bonus so I get level 5 there

If I am lucky enough to have sais or dirks I can go kinda crazy on things I probably dont need.

Just a remark regarding high notice, to see a same side hidden in zone with notice on via the where command 99 notice will see 99 hide about 40-50% of the time. I need to do more tests to get a better understanding of how notice and hide percentages relate. So a high notice % on LS could be beneficial, where DS wouldn’t need it for that because they don't have same siders.

edit- where 88% notice fails 100% in 250 attempts against 99 hide.

Hide 99 - Great
B-stab 99 - excellent
Sneak 92 - better than average, no complaints
short blades 95 - An odd ammount. You _need_ 86 to stab, or 99 for 2h sblades. I find the extra few ob or pb on 1h to be not a massive difference
dodge 95 - not needed. Either 99 for dodge or 90ish for combo
attack 91 - A little high, I'd stop at 80
shield parry 91 - this is costly for me too. I wouldn't go above 79/85
Ride 62 - 56 is lvl4, 70 is lvl5 which 1db 1ob and autorescue
Notice 92 - I like 90+ for where spotting and ease of use.
Search 68 - This is specific to where you like to go but 60 is a good ammount to get almost everyone
Survival 44 - Either 14% or 98%. No compromise
Pick 0 - Like search this is personal preference
Rescue 0 - I like one prac of rescue, even on some rogues if I have spare pracs.
Projectiles 0 - A good skill, but either you need 90ish or 0
Track 32 - I prefer more but Many make do with just 1 or 2 pracs. Will find you bloodies and such.

Not knowing your stats I'd say you should drop some sparry, attack, sblade (get 99 or 90 dodge) and get 98 survival first. then extra pracs can go back into your preference picks sblade/pick/track/ride/rescue/sparry.
