Splitting is literally the main thing that separates LS from DS and really frustrates me when we go down the road of the top PKers keeping all the loot. We all must be vigilante about ensuring that crap like passing out the rares to friends and pocketing it doesn't happen.
LS is generally very good and kind about splitting and should keep it up.
on the flip side, Rhys is consistently making PK and going through a ton of rares...I don't think labeling that gear as stolen would hold up in a Fal Dara court...
I have a quite found memory of zerk search charging a trolloc on my Child of Light in blight with at least 10-15 other humans zone and I didn't split it...

Always frustrating when a bunch of bads try to stake claim to gear they feel they earned by being zone. Lol. Like that group was ever going to kill Nognahoj. Even if it did it would have been with Rhys leading. Berserk charge killed him.
That said. I’d take my top choices then split the rest. Which is what appears to have happened. A lot of people got gear from a solo kill. They should be grateful Rhys risked his life going for a berserk charge instead of making 500 page posts. Crazy.

Lol. Going zerk against Nog with a low crit Razhak as only DSer left alive, with 5-6 other humans in a 10 room radius? Even if he had missed the charge, be was high enough hps to survive anything a solo Nog could have done to him, and even if I had been able to come help, then the other humans, including the 2 channies would surely have made sure he would have been quite save.
He did zerk charge him, sure thing. But dont make it out as him taking a huge risk there
About the split, anyone van argue whatever, but that was a shitty thing he did. Everyone there was involved in that pk. Noghanoj was battered for a reason, and it wasnt Rhys alone who did that. Byrg, Trill and me ate weaves and damage that Rhys couldnt have done by himself. Had it been Rhys solo there, he wouldnt have killed any of us in Blight. Hence it is amazing to me that those sets werent handed out to those involved, or used to atleast re-eq those who had fallen to their former eq-level. Even after that there should have been enough for Rhys to keep something out of it, and no one would have minded him taking an item for himself, had he made sure that a fair split/re-eq had happened.
This is what disgusts most people about LS splitting with some people there. Sadly with Rhys it is not just a LS thing for him, but he is known to do this on all his alts (hence it being a personal problem and not really a problem of LS). Only way to cure this behaviour is to have people of sufficient rank or authority smack him down (i.e. a lancer stepping in, or on DS a Chosen), because otherwise he will keep doing this.
