The Tear Road
A large bridge appears to your east, crossing the massive Erinin before the
road enters Tear. Northwards, the road continues, winding its way among
rolling hills and green farmlands. A muggy swamp hugs the road on the
western side, blocing passage. A large hill looms to the north-east, with a
thin stream of smoke appearing over its crest.

The road gently winds its way southward towards the city of Tear, rising
and falling with the terrain. Dampness from the Erinin river has leeched
its way through the soil, making the ground slightly boggy. A large hill,
directly to the east, blocks your path, but smoke can be seen rising from
the other side. The river itself can been seen to the east, crossing
underneath the arches of a large stone bridge.

The bridge starts it climb to the east, arcing over the Erinin River. To the
north of the eastern shore a dock can be seen, stretching out into the murky
waters of the river. The dusty dirt track gives way to smoothened cobblestones,
polished from years of passage by man, animal, and machine.

Coach Stop at the Peak of the Erinin Bridge
The bridge reaches its peak, allowing a glorious view of the Stone of Tear far
to the east, ominous in its might. Flags can be seen swirling from its topmost
towers, bearing the sigil of Tear. To the north east, the river Erinin borders
Haddon Mirk, a sea of trees clouded in shadow.

The stones are hard underfoot, the only sign of stability as the Erinin's
waters swirl to the north and south. The noise is deafening, as water crashes
against the bridge's support pillars. The city of Tear can be seen to the
south, sprawled on the river's eastern bank. A large palisade rises at the
entrance to the city, the main entrance to Tear for hundreds of travelers each
day.

A large stone bridge starts here, crossing the Erinin river to the west. The
river's water swirls around the bridge's pillars before flowing to the south,
forming Tear's western boundary. A large palisade is seen to the east, and a
forest thickens to the north-east.

To the west a large bridge arcs over the slow flowing Erinin river. To the
north the beginning of a pier that juts onto the silty river can be seen.
The cobblestoned road leads eastward, towards the city of Tear, and the
ominous fortress looms up from the city's center almost challenging the
impossible, the fall of the Stone of Tear.

Cobblestone fades away, back into the hard packed dirt scarred with wagon ruts.
Sounds of the city, drift above the great walls that meet at the pallisade just
to the east. Soldiers can be seen walking on the walls forever vigilante
against Tear's enemies. To the south, fields that provide the city of Tear with
sustanance spread out to the west of the city.
