Spoken to a couple people so far about this, and have gotten differing opinions. Anyone know why, when I autofled off the bash, that I still sat 2 full rounds here? I didn't have high fleelag and I didn't manually flee.

From what I can tell, you were bashed, and the auto-flee's interrupt failed, leaving you sitting for two rounds as if you fled before the bash hit.
Why that happened is hard to tell with just this chunk of log.
Do you have a few rounds before, and then the section of log as you immediately enter CoL and your command line queue goes through? What statuses did you have on you?
