Masters don't get any extra bonus damage higher than rank 6. But I do agree that this no risk High reward play style needs a big revamp. I'd say cap it at maximum of 150 hp's.

I say maximum of 90% HPs left when the target is a player.
Very potent but never deadly in PK. Great opener, but best to just block/melee vs beat and crit opponents.

I like Asandra's idea a lot, maybe couple that with upping the landing percentage significantly, and even timer reduction.
