Equipment/scalp returns are optional, not mandatory.

lol gross. Nothing quite as cringe-worthy as somebody whining about scalps they lose after they die.

I still remember the amount of backlash I got when I announced that giving the enemy heads of fallen allies was treason on ToCT years ago. Like I ever gave a firetruck if there's incentive for you to stick around and PK or not because of any precious scalps you're afraid of losing. If you can actually master quickly off getting a single kill, running to base, turning in, then coming back out hoping to find pk, be my guest. Never had a problem with people returning as they feel like, but it's a dumb ass thing to actually expect.

Shrug people who take someone's scalps the opposing side hid (to transfer to a clanned alt I'm guessing given the circumstances) are indeed wankers and I'll continue to call them wankers heh. I appreciate returns, I don't expect them. Doesn't mean I won't call you a wanker for being one and not dropping em. It's such a simple gesture of good faith. That many don't do, because they indeed like to be a wanker.

In a game where you have maybe 15 players on tops. It's just kind of the nice thing to do. But some people clearly don't care about being nice. Or trying to keep the few who do still log on remotely interested.

And to clarify I had already looked 15-20 mins after I had died for them. Aswell as asked koagan to look for me who logged on after I died. This was prior to the post obviously. So apologies to Rig, he was indeed nice. Sadly someone else wasn't. At any rate I think trae is a wanker ;) just because he made me post this.

Getting scalps back is a good gesture yes, but not a compulsory one. As someone else said, surviving and turning in scalps is part of the process.

I can't help but find it funny that you want people to show good sportsmanship, while you use derogatory language against them. Do you not see the hypocrisy?

Eh quite overblown reaction per usual. I stated my opinion on it. If you don't like it well hey that's cool because guess what..that's your opinion. Did I not clarify it enough last time? And I guess calling someone a wanker is huge lol. Was more of a joking remark then anything but yeahhhh text doesn't portray much. It's of opinion to be nice, and return them. I'd much prefer someone to pk with scalps. Instead of having to feel like they should run in and turn in. Because there low and outnumbered, just promotes the death of pk. Again opinions, popular? This entire entitlement attitude of throwing a hissy fit whenever your (unearned) scalps/eq aren't returned is pretty terrible. I typically drop people's eq if they provide what I judge to be good pk or I take it malk and send it to caem junkyard if not. But, recently seeing all the people flipping out because their frikking 76% abs kit and un-hh claymore weren't returned, I absolutely do not return eq to anyone unless they are ld/afk or have extenuating circumstances.

Stop making the game into ss pk or mayener v tear spars-until-master. It kinda defeats the entire point.
