Isn't this timing and fleelag?

Iblis misses bash on Turg,
Turg bashes sitting Iblis, then hits him, triggering autoflee, only he was sitting so bash is not 2 rounds autoflee triggers instantly

Next bash lands but triggers autoflee again?
