Fail!

- Horse gear is everywhere for free or bought. Either way, it's no problem to get. And you have a buttload of horses to use.
- Shirt was downed and you can get equivalent.
- gleamers can be accessed by trolls and cures can be used. And as a weapon, it's really not that good.
- Gaidin have increased hps, ob (if i recall correct), regen, and multibash, which is the best offensive bonus available in game aside from weaves.
Sorry you're a crappy gaidin :/
I played both master warder and a fade.
I can out-PK most people based on skills, but if you look at pure character-based PK abilities, any master warder should be able to blow a fade out of the water.
So the last paragraph is pretty debatable but what is not debatable is the fact that a lot of us remember who your gaidin was and we see which character you have stuck with therefore throwing quite a big bone to the argument that Fades are better?
The biggest bonus for gaidin imo is regen. The paltry amount of hp's you get isn't super useful. Zone sense is pretty cool. Multibash is cool but without sedai its aggravating and takes a level of awareness i personally dont care to give to this game anymore.
Fades who know to raid at night or actually lead trollocs *cough* fiddler *cough* are by far the most annoying and hard to kill while still being able to destroy things on the game.

Still salty as heck.
If you remember anything about my gaidin and what happened to him, you know the reason I went over to DS had nothing to do with bonusses, and everything to do with having a better time on DS :)
It was mainly because no one liked you and no one wanted to bond you right? That's what I remember. I might not be remembering correctly but I don't believe so.
Re: Fail!
Don't take it personally cupcake. I wasn't seriously trying to throw shade at you I was just messing around. To be accurate I should have said at one point I knew the name of that character and I feel like if I saw it on the who list I would remember. I usually don't try to drag alts into anything but you did mention you had both!Razhak wrote:haha good ol' Pe

Re: Fail!
Actually he was bonded three times, and was actually bonded as I was voted out of the clan :)Alasdair wrote:Razhak wrote:haha good ol' Pe

For the people who want to go down memory lane, my alt was bonded to:
Salyn
Amberyn
Iliana
You can take your personal gripes back 13 years all you like, but the truth of it, I was voted out of a clan I was not happy in anymore (I needed getting voted out, to realize that, though), and left a side which actually made me cranky at best, and massively obnoxious as worst.
The vote was rigged against me by virtue of the (lack off) declanning rules at the times. All people on clanlist were counted, including inactives, which at that times was like 80% of the gaidin clan (about 40 people listed, some hadnt been online for years. This was before rank 0 existed :P )
All non-voters were counted as declanning votes. Still I got the required 25% to be retained in the clan (if voting had gone along the current rules, I would have gotten >70% of the votes in my favor) . For some reason I was still declanned anyhow, and that was for me the reason to leave LS for a year or two to focus on Razhak.
The rest is history :)
People keep going on and beat on old gripes dating back to the early 2000's. Thing is, I actually moved on: no I am not a nice person all the time, yes I sometimes make a bad call, but in the end I am here to help my partypeople (be it on LS or DS) by PKing, smobbing, exping, RPing (yes I do RP!). I try to keep my personal feelings out of things that require me to be fair and impartial.
Perhaps if people tried to get to know their partypeople a bit more, instead of going on their 13 year old gripes, things would be better on this mud :P

Re: Fail!
I like that it was ambiguous enough for you not to know if it was positive or or not. It means I have done my job.fiddler wrote:Lord Pe wrote:Fades who know to raid at night or actually lead trollocs *cough* fiddler *cough* are by far the most annoying and hard to kill while still being able to destroy things on the game.
