Not all dodged bashes result in your opponent (or you) being disengaged. (Disengage Stab and Charge and anything, is the same)
In this case Razhak's bash, that you dodged, did not disengage him and instead re-engaged you much like a regular hit would.
Want to test it? Find a sapling, wield something terrible like a 1d2 pickaxe and run Disengaged bashes on it. (start a bash on the sapling before engaging it) You will see that some dodged bashes will result with you disengaged and sitting while others will have you engaged.

If the feast hall was any sign of chaos, this is even more so. Pots and pans
made from copper have since turned green over the years. Knives are long
