Darlana's behavior reminds me of that fade who used to stab everyone's horses every single battle. H something.

I agree completely with Stanislav, going LD is stupid.

Im glad to be one of those people who don't have to immediatly AFK everywhere but if i were I sure as hell wouldent go LD.

I hear what you are saying Jaster, the problem is that theres 10 retards on every Jaster.

Afaik there is wayyyyyy more likely to be killed LD by someone then AFK since LD = no log.

This is true if your opponent is a complete asshat. However I like to think that most players who see the linkless flag will show the benefit of the doubt and leave you alone. The flag however is no safety net and I've known certain players to drop link if they are losing, but their names quickly become known.

Morale of this tale, dropping link might save you or it might not. I'm in the might camp and will act accordingly.

I imagine most folks here, who have played for more than a month will recognize when someone is ld/afk while they whittle them down from full hps-dead. In this case Darlana clearly knew he was afk - there's no one who sits still in the room and let a channeler weave them from full to dead without being zerk. I agree with dropping the link if you have to emergency afk and you're already lowish, it'll be an obvious flag for those who don't kill people LD.

It doesn't take a second to close the client .

Plus Darlana sticks to her guns and doesn't waiver. She plays the game how she sees the game, we all do differently.

I would like to propose that killing these individuals same side while they are afk or otherwise is considered OK. It is only fair that if they get to waste peoples time we can waste their's :)

Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.

The only way to get people to change is to find them in the same vulnerable scenario and make it clear to them that despite their past transgressions they were shown kindness.

One time, I baited Jaster into a door with a brave gaidin, stole his heron, and slowly commenced to killing him. When he began bleeding all over, I opened the door, patted him on the head, and let him escape. Then I made him beg and grovel before I finally returned his heron. True story, actually.

Yet he is still an afk killer. What more do you want, Jestin?!

I strongly discourage dropping link. You need proof of who killed you. Then you need to post it so we can shame that person, find out their alts, and firetruck them all over. It is the only way.
