A small crowd at the local armory centers around a parchment tacked to one of the training dummies, creating quite the banter among the youth

Cheers! Clanging of mugs and sloshing frothy drinks splash about as a group in a bar laughs at the idea of competing in the upcoming Sun Games, all betting that they will be the one to walk away with the grand prize

A student of the blade reads the flyer carefully, pondering if there's time to make a trip to neighboring Cairhien for the tournament.

A Shaggy haired man of the woods eyes a parchment just outside of town. He begins to ponder whether he should bathe for this event or show up as is

A flyer catches your eye, the same one all the rumors are stirring about in town.. and other towns for that matter. It reads:

Welcome Warriors, Thieves, and Hunters to the Cairhien Sun Games. In honor of our great heritage, we are hosting a battle royale style tournament in which the contestants will arrive together, but only one champion will be crowned.

The rules for this most glorious tournament are listed below:

- No Channelers
- Bonused Charachters and Masters are allowed
- Long blades, Fencing blades, Short Blades, Axes, Clubs, Polearms, Spears, and Flails are the only weapons permitted *TBD
- All Contestants will begin the contest wearing a lithe kit and a weapon issued by the Sun Games
- There will be other weapons and equipment hidden around the City
- Horses and Vials will be located in a central location in which all players start
- Battle Royale Style, last man standing.
- No leaving the city
- No entering the palace until the alarm is given
- A time limit will start set at 5 minutes. After the five Minutes have passed, sudden death will occur in which all players must move inside the palace to finish the battle.

The last man or woman will have their choice of the following:

A pair of Moonstone Hilted Dirks
A Feathered Pomeranian from Chachin, freshly crafted
An Emerald Staff from Chachin, freshly crafted
A Heron Greatsword

Second place will have their choice after the winner has made their selection.

Other prizes To be Determined for runner ups.

** This will take place in the upcoming weeks, most likely on a weekend or whatever time is deemed best for everyone that is looking to participate. I'll keep everyone posted that is interested. There is talk about an abs only contest, and then a battle royale.

Please post here if you will be participating in the event. It is very much like the hunger games. I am exploring other fun options at the moment that might involve people betting. If we really want this to be incredible, I really hope IMMS will support me in my endeavor to promote some serious pk and a unique, wild experience for all (we need IMMS to report who is still alive/dead etc and announce it hahaha!)

Open to suggestions as well, this is designed to be fun for anyone that wants to participate and the lithe kits are so people can't show up super geared and no one complains about loot afterwards.

also, I really need some more donations whether it be gold crowns, vials, or whatever fun to make this interesting. You can have some say on the rules of the tournament etc if you donate as long as it doesn't sway you severely towards winning. I just want this to be fun and a good opportunity for people to get some cool gear because I believe in everyone having a fun time.

We will cap the event at the first 20 players. If we have a supreme interest we will hold a second tournament as a bonus
