Shroud of the Avatar

Over the past year, off and on I've been playing a game called Shroud of the Avatar. It's been touted to be the spiritual successor to Richard Garriott's Ultima Online. Richard Garriott created Shroud of the Avatar and Star Long is the head developer for Shroud. They both worked together on Ultima Online.
This Thursday, Shroud of the Avatar is moving to a free to play model. It's a fantasy game that has a combat system similar to WoW, however it is also completely different. At first your combat deck is static but as you progress you can make it dynamic, where it's kind of like an interactive card stacking and combination game. One of my favorite things about Shroud of the Avatar is that it is a classless system. You don't have to fit the mold of pure warrior, mage, or rogue, you can mix and match. It also has an insanely in-depth crafting system.
If any of you are interested in playing this Thursday it'll be free, check it out at: https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/?page_id=29385
