Wheel of Time MUD

Just asking here because I'm confused across clanned alts. People have been following/beckoning despite warrants and so on and even on chats I got responses like "do what your RP dictates" so is there anything official? Have imms said anything? Are different clans drawing their own rules on this?

Historically we take out an MC or df etc first (anyone with bg warrant is likely to be a hindrance in df pk). But is there room for grouping with seanchan on a towel alt when fighting dark side? Since imms allowed transfer I imagine there's implicit permission to allow for seanchan/human grouping?

Personally my tower alt would RP be ok with misguided seanchan soldiers but not sul'dam (who should rot in hell first )

From what I know grouping is limited to clan rules. For instance, the awesome White Leopards clan, aka Seanchan channelers, can group with anyone except those vile, uneducated, misshapen, no talent marath'damane channelers that belong to the Tower. Unless they renounce their affiliation in which case you have an awesome smob group.

There are no Imm-mandated rules about grouping with wanteds. The only thing that might possibly happen is that if you commit a heinous breach of your clan RP you might lose a few qps. Assuming anyone notices.

Edit: I should perhaps note that the Imm-rules are usually on the cheating at the game or abusing other players kind of level, whereas this is more of a clan rule level. I'd expect your council to maybe have something to say, or not, depending on your clan and the relevant circumstances.

Isabel - in respect to your clans focus on wanteds you may wish to check the recent laws of shienar post.

I believe it said that at the discretion of the ranking lancer you 'may' target mcs above trollocs.

I got docked qp as a novice for exping on pines e tv with a kin. Not sure how a novice is supposed to know how someone is kin. Also thanks for outting the association of that alt whoever that imm was!

You know, I've just looked into that for you and while I am shocked, shocked I tell you, that your version of events doesn't match what's in your character notes, I'm still on your side on this one and would refund those qps except you declanned that novice two days later and unclanneds have no use for qps.

But in the future, maybe consider asking for a second opinion if you feel really hard done by.

Great to hear you're sarcastically shocked. I didn't save the prays because it's really quite trivial (firetruck the tower),
But I've had quite a bit of problems with her.

Apparently someone else was in ownership of her all throughout the tower process up to the point of declanning! Kinda crazy considering I'm the only person to have played her since she was given to me at lvl 3.

It's okay though, immortals are human just like me and Billy Bob. We all make mistakes.
