Very nice, how many frags did you get?

8 frags. A few more "very hard".

The bash kill is mostly because I was zoned in on counting pulses instead of really paying attention to his or my health.

I hate to rain on this but throwing this blademaster tag around on anyone who can get lucky fragging this mob just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Once, it was a dream to one day be one, now, just roll a warrior, level, and get lucky. I like the fact that it's a tag and no longer a clan, but the req's suck and making it warrior/lblade only just makes no sense. Things like this should be used to challenge and reward people post rank 7 play and help counter balance increasing the number of fades. This is just pointless fluff.

Yep.

You're not wrong... But you are salty.

Does everything have to be a reward though? I like the roleplay of being a Child of Light Blademaster. I know it doesn't do anything for me in combat. In fact, it is actually a hindrance, because my opponents now know that when they get beaten, they know what to expect.

I actually have been a big "against this" guy for a long time. But I changed my mind somewhere where I realized that roleplay is more important for me than ranking or pvp. This gives me something more to add to my character. My character's story is important for me. People who know me and know some of the things I've written about my characters know this. I know it doesn't take much skill to get that tag. I know it's not a big deal. But I like it.

Ah well, it's not for everyone I guess. Neither is constant pk. I do that sometimes too, but there is a reason I play this over countless PC games I can load up on Steam... Hint: It's not the pvp.

Zakn,

Grats on making blade master!

I'm the same way as you for some reason. I'm weird that way.

Although I spend a fair amount of time preparing for pk and stuff, the stories behind my characters are also of great importance to me. Though I admit I've been known to do constant pk (if I stay alive long enough) on alts.

There's more to COL/HOL than just hating members of the Tower and pking them. There's also more the the Greens than just fighting the shadowspawn as well. I think the same can be said for other Ajahs.

Even my trolls have a rp background if not much actual rp.
