Rank 1 Clan Items Need Exchange Mob

Can we get a way to exchange rank 1 clan items (cloaks, belts) for the base item again? Otherwise, you get asked to hand over your cloak by the clan it belongs to, or face consequences.

You can still turn in rank 1 trinkets for money.

Make it a full circle. Trinkets for gold, gold for trinkets. Just make the price at clan mobs 100gc for rank 1(I think you get 75gc for turning in?) and 500gc for rank 5. Or 1000gc since recent changes.
Money sink.
