Almost forgot how bad Empress loaded

This woman's fingernails are all lacquered red on one hand, marking her as
the Empress of the Nine Moons, and supreme ruler of the Seanchan Empire and
co-ordinator of the Corenne. She could be called handsome but not pretty,
and her deep blue eyes are perpetually fixed into a cold superior stare.
She commands her subordinates professionally and succintly, for a woman of
her unique rank has no time for either friends or idle talk.
