Wheel of Time MUD

Just wondering if mud has been down the last few days? I cannot connect for some reason...

[ OK ] - Lua module rex_pcre loaded.
[ OK ] - Lua module zip loaded.
[ OK ] - Lua module lfs loaded
[ OK ] - Lua module sqlite3 loaded
[ OK ] - Mudlet-lua API & Geyser Layout manager loaded.
[ INFO ] - Looking up the IP address of server:game.wotmud.org:2224 ...
[ INFO ] - The IP address of game.wotmud.org has been found. It is: 72.52.169.8
[ INFO ] - Trying to connect to 72.52.169.8:2224 ...


I get this far, then it just wont do anything.

Any idea?

well I don't know wtf is going on then... Maybe its the universe telling me to hang up my dagger?

Game connects fine for me with zMUD. I would guess Rig has something to do with this. But then again I'm no expert.

I'm able to connect using Mudlet, although what you describe has happened to me before. I just try a few minutes later and it works. Try using telnet from the command line or with putty to see if it's your connection or if it's the application.

Crisis averted i guess...Im not sure why the 4th reboot worked, but it did :p

Dimmu is correct. I tried to haxor Loomis. Failed.

Did it crash?

Mudlet has done this for me too. I restarted my computer and ran Mudlet as admin and it worked the one time it happened to me. Hope you can connect!

Game crashed for anyone else? Using zmud.
