Where do these load, what is the dmg like on them, and are they worth my time?!

TV and Tear in shops, as well as KL.
The damage is not great. It's not awful, just nothing to write home about.

You sure TV sells the quirt and you're not thinking of the firedrop one that sells for high amounts there?
I thought only stuff like KL loaded quirts. But they have decent parry, very high ob, less than awesome damage. Just check the dang wiki for that stuff though.
