What do people do when they consider coming back, but forget all their character names?

I would say make a new character, a warrior or a hunter, and re-learn the ropes. Statting is gone forever, thankfully, and the new reroll system to improve stats was just unveiled less than a week ago -- lots of folks XPing to min-max their stats, and most are welcome to have a buddy or two to make things go faster!

I strongly recommend using a MUD client like Mudlet, as it as a semi-up-to-date map that will be incredibly helpful to rejogg the memory on what the MUD is, and where things are. There have also been a fair number of changes to a number of zones, so your mental memory may lead you astray in certain areas.
