Revitalise the Glory of the Empire

Inspired by Serde's post I checked SS forums - and it appears we had guidance on clanning for damane (to use the old process / requirements).

Several people have asked me about going damane in the last few months and I didn't give clear answers.

I'm going to mail staff and ask if it will cause issues to do another clanning drive - the last was the most and funnest RP I've ever seen on the mud.

I'll also ask in the clan.

Be Glorious all you Servants of the Empire (unless you're a damane in which case Glory to the Empire - you're dirt, but valuable dirt.)

Seanchan character creation is now off. With this change, the Damane clan is now closed and we will not be creating more channelers for the side.
