Numbers after boot

Is there a reason our numbers just die off after reboot? Like the people not coming back realize it's only 5 mins every night but Friday, right?

For a lot of people I think at this point it's kind of just a flag that "it's late, maybe I should rent" sort of deal. Like, oh hey, it's midnight EST, I should probably not still be on.

I suggested moving the boot to 6 am EST, which would make sense.

Having your reboot kill off your gamepop during an hour in peak play is silly.
