I don't see why a wilder would know how to 30+ different weaves but not figure out one fast offensive weave. You can pick, even if it's hailstorm but I think all channelers including wilders should have access to a fast weave, even if it's not flame strike. I think it renders most wilders useless up north. Not everyone is pumped to play Tower and some may not understand how to get into the alternatives.
Does anyone think this will upend the world if we allow wilders to use flame strike or hailstorm in addition to their normal repertoire? Ironically it'll make my job harder but, nobody cares about us anways

I think you can get flame strike on a wilder if you just commit to following a guy that doesn't exist.

Not that it helps the discussion,
wilders have it a bit rough as all of the FC maluses for stats/defense/hp comes from balancing a tower/damane/DL char with near full access to weaves and additional prac bonuses.
I would recommend things go in a different direction -- the 280 hp cap only apply to tower clans, damane, DLs, and other groups who have full access to weaves. And some middle ground penalty for the certain folks in certain clans with less than full access but more than wilder weaves.
Allow the 15 and 16 con FCs full access to their hps, and have to make due with the more limited weave pool and more restricted pracs.
two sides of the balance coin, don't need to just give them more, can also remove penalties to bring things up to an overall balanced state.

Good luck OP. Dragonsworn getting flame strike was the ugliest fight I've ever been apart of. Takes 700 qps.

Wilders can get earthquake, which is the fastest damage weave.

a pool noodle hits harder than quake. you could make that argument but, I'm talking about a true offensive weave that you can use to finish someone you're chasing. I don't want to quake someone at critical 5 times while I'm running from bgs to gk zone. I'd like to flame strike someone 2-3 times

Wilders should submit themselves to the White Tower for proper training, lest they become dangerous to themselves or others.
