new slave mob idea

Hi
Could we please install a trolloc slave mob, preferably kobal who would do the following
Fetch and tend to my horse
->brings me fully equipped shadow
Tend to my weapon and armor
Hones weapons and mends armor
Additional tasks
Scout for vials
Scout for rares?
Teleport all lvl30+ humans to FD?
Can fabricate lots of rp elements for different clans
