Was parry with ABS changed?

Earlier today I only had 1 PB with sungwoods/torcs/1 ivy ring. In the past I feel like I had 26ish PB but not this time, was something changed with how parry and abs interact?
Or was this a freak occurrence?

Yeah, most parry was removed from abs weapons. A lot of them used to have in the 10-20 pb range.

Doesnt that actually down bash on those abs weapons?

No, not really. It's technically true that less PB means worse bash, but we use the bash formula (which obviously incorporates PB) when looking at the overall bash rates of weapons, so the total effect is accounted for.

OB was increased at the same time to keep things consistent from a landing % IIRC.

Ah, okay. I didn't realize parry was removed, I thought that just weight and OB was changed.

If you look on the weapons spreadsheet you'll see most of them had it dumped
