Councillors, qps rewards and a little help requested.

Everyone,
I'm sure you've all noticed that some things just fall by the wayside when not every clan has a dedicated clan imm. Rewarding councillors and/or Sitters for their work is one of these things. Since we, the Staff, do very much appreciate and respect the work and dedication of councillors to facilitate the enjoyment of other players by clanning, ranking and writing council quests, we feel that you are owed your due reward. To achieve this, I will be needing a little help from you all, though.
If you could please provide me with a list of current and past councillors going back to about a year of the great crash, that would be awesome. It would save me the job of going through every clan's view clan and checking the notes on characters that I feel may have been a councillor at some point. I'm sure you'll understand that would be a lengthy process, hence why I'm asking for a little help here to speed things up!
I'm not aware of clans that have all of their rank 5+ or masters who perform these functions being rewarded for this, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
