If someone can rustle up Wisdoms, Defenders, Wall Guard and Rising Sun and suggest they post here, that would be nice. Or anyone else I've missed.

For clans with rank 5/6/masters/Chosen doing these duties, I have not found any precedent for awarding for these. Not on any side. If you can point me to such things being awarded for, I can check it out.

Imperial Army is: Yeri, Taku, Laurian currently, with Sevas as a Councillor until fairly recently.

Not sure how back this goes, but at some point Serde and Gilgalahad were councillors - just forget when we changed.
