googled and found the mud

What do you like so far?
hands down I love the players

Things you find difficult
It is very, very frustrating getting started - some room descriptions could be more helpful
there are many rooms in the areas outside city (Caemlyn) with same description. A lot of exits that dont exist.

What drew you to Wotmud?
i read the books lots of times and enjoy the books a lot so i wanted a mud that would bring that book alive so i found this one and is the best i have seen'

Things you like so far and what are challenging?
i like the wide world with lots of exploring to do. i like the many skills and challenges and all the quests and tasks. people are so helpful and there is always someone on who is willing to help
challengerss is i don't know enough and i have found it a little hard to level but i have had a really good time here

What are your goals?
i want to join the white tower to become a full sister after that not sure

Having been here over a month now and gotten pretty well sucked in, I have to say the highlight of my early time was this shopping spree. I felt like Charlie Bucket with Willy Wonka. This is a major draw to new players. I think the most helpful part was learning the mechanics of how to use the market. The gear is sadly long gone but that information has helped me every day with other mobol and syntax questions. Mormont continues to be a resource and friendly face.

I have played a WOT MUD decades ago.

What did you play?
it was close to this, some variations - and I played for a couple of years
i can't recall the address - but was amazed to stumble on this one. Was reading the books again and searched'

What are things you like so far?
i like that the WoT books seem important
can't just pick a goofy character name
don't think there are novelty guilds like [VAMPIRES], as in my last experience
also like that there aren't level restrictions for gear
and the higher levs have been proactively helpful

What are challenges so far?
figuring out rent and banks was confusing, and was looking for help in wrong places (i.e. help commands vs crier tips)'

Any goals?
goal #1 find out oif this wasas much fun as what i remember from my youth
goal #2 see #1

2 weeks, this is my First Character

Tell us about yourself?
not much to tell, just a down on his luck guy from the 2 rivers trying to find his way in the world

Is this your first mud?
yes, came from and mmo ESO, a friend on there pointed me here
ive read the books years ago

How is your experience so far?
amazing, everyone has answered any questions i had and 3 or 4 people chipped in to get me the gear im wearing now

What your biggest challenges?
finding things to kill that give good xp that arent to hard to kill :p
i dont have a map so 100% getting around is the biggest challenge

What are things you would like improved?
dont think ive played long enough to answer that well, hmm maybe some adivce on which
skills to get first and how to find the prac mobs, took some figuring out
but nothing to hard, its all part of the fun for me
i dont want the whole game laid out on a plate

Any goals?
not as yet, apart from level 30 i guess
