Anyway advice - want to try new browser

Post by Tandie » Wed Apr 15, 2020 11:17 pm

Hello everyone,

So, I am interested in trying alternative browsers to Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome (on Windows). I am asking what browser are you using, which would you recommend, and why?

In the past, I've also used Mozilla, though my past experience with Mozilla earned a neutral rating at best.

Cheers~

Firefox. By far the browser that cares the most about user privacy and security.

Have been using Vivaldi for a few years now and quite like it. It's Chromium based, so works with Chrome extensions, etc. Try it out.

Why brave? :)

I went with Firefox for now. I am using both firefox and edge in tandem, (ie, 2 emails open, etc).

I've had Brave recommended by the only people I know who actually care enough about their privacy that they take it into account with everything they do with their digital footprint. Plus its meant to be good.
