I wanted to send a shout out to Fermin, MacRoth, and a few others. I lost my kit, including a POD, today to a rent bug. Both of them offered to re-eq me and were just incredibly kind. I went from being incredibly angry to very thankful that we have such a great playerbase who go out of their way to help people. So, thank you.
