I've compiled a list of rares that have left the game either through the treasurer, or the rare turn in for qps. The goal is still to create a constant outflow, which will allow the loading of new items. Compared to the past 15+ years, this is a solid start.

Theyre not as dung hot as they once were after the stat change theyre 1db above a cbelt now
