Evolet leaves the library and heads to the inn in search of Raek, having heard she wished to speak. She enters the inn and looks around seeing Raek pinning a notice to the wall. She walks over and speaks softly after a slight roll of her eyes at the writing on the notice, "You wanted to speak to me?"

[Aldwyn]

She waits to make sure Raek hears and sees her and then with a nod to the innkeeper strides into the sitting room for a private place to talk.

Evolet came out of the sitting room at the inn, glowering back at it. Looking around the room at the patrons she muttered and then left and made her way in search of a tavern and a stiff drink.

Joining the fray of clamoring voices another pipes up.

"She did offer me a job, but when I told her what I could do she got scared and fled. So I did watch her anyway at night."

Chiron blushes.

"I didn't want to do it, but she gave me no work, no choice! And I saw her...."

He gulps.

"I saw goodie Carlia with the Shadow!"
