Idea to solve this warrant abuse.

I think the point I want to make is that, especially in clans that control access to pk areas it's much too easy to warrant someone for nonsense and then sit in your city doing nothing about the person you warranted. There needs to be some skin in the game for people to not abuse warrants. As it rests now people can for example sit inside Fal Dara or Maradon and allow Kajin, Commie, and Ragan to do their work.

Current system works just fine if you follow the rules and use the tools put in place to request an appeal or pardon.

People with warrants get pardons still just fine. I've been pardoned some 4-5 times in the last year on alts. Haven't needed to do any appeal because I admitted to wrongdoing. It's an easy open/close system.

It's disgusting what people can get away with having no repercussions, thinking that enables them to do it multiple times. A good example is when Zizek bonded 5 people that weren't even Gaidin. Breaking many rules. No repercussions. Silly.

So, let's say I dislike Zizek, collect 1000 gc which takes a really really long time, and post a bounty. Then Zizek just needs to have her friend scalp her after a pk or mob rip, return her eq, and they split 500 gc each. That sounds like a productive new policy.

I'd keep at least 750 gcs, lets be real. I also heard that one time, Akarus...wait, no, I don't believe I've ever seen that name. If you would like to become a gaidin, just find one to mentor you, friend.

I believe a portion of the anger also stems from no clear clarification of the reasonable extent to which banishments can be applied. Perhaps this is something imms can comment on?

IE we don't like you doing something, we banish you. Breaking banishment incurs a warrant, congrats!
