I want to share that she is a brave person. Even with everything she was going through these past years physically, she was empathetic to others, 100% genuine, encouraging, and fun to be with. I won't go into details, but I have a number fond memories of time spent with her in company.

I am sad and it hurts to see her gone. Death, though, is part of the turning of the wheel of time...

I did not know her very well, but I knew her through others and through the reputation of her alts. I knew her briefly when I was trying to figure out where my Accepted fit in the Tower. With a few exceptions, she was the most rewarding person to RP with.

It’s times like these when I am reminded how much more than just a game wotmud actually is; how close our community is and how long these connections have existed and flourished. I wish I had known her better.

We lost one of us, one of our family. The mud is more hollow for her passing. May the last embrace of the Mother welcome her home.

That is sad news indeed. I will remember Donna as a warm and fun person, always up for goofing around or helping out.

I woke up this morning to a Facebook message from Damena telling me about the weather in Florida, or what she ate for dinner etc as I do every morning 7 days a week. This morning was different, at 7am AEST (aussie) I awoke to a message from Damena telling me that Caelo had passed away. I was and still am quite taken back by this news.

Like many other long time residents here, Donna meant alot to me as well. I first met Donna as Caelophlyn, she and I (Divina) were young head strong novices in the White Tower back when roleplay, discipline and dedication actually meant something to be in the White Tower, this was circa 2002. From there our friendship and bond grew over the years. Just as Carter stated, Donna had a big heart and was always about giving more of herself than expectations of what was to come in return; at times those qualities of hers did not always end up in her favour but she was always quick to give and trust. For that, I will always remember her fondly.

We spent many good times together just me and her, so much so that Timmee married Akaisha much to the despise and dislike of certain people, but that is all ancient history.

Just wish to share my piece of Donna. Farewell friend.

Timmee Souvraya, Husband to Akaisha.
Divina Souvraya, cheeky novice friend to Caelophlyn.

My condolances to her family and loved ones, as well as to any of her friends here.

I've known Donna as Caelophlyn from the very first days she was a novice, infact I was there when she was inducted into the Tower by my then bondpartner Salyn who noviced her I believe (I will dig in my old logs if I can find this). Since then hung with her on several alts and I believe that she is one of the very few persons on this mud I never actually had beef with (which is actually a true commendation to her patience, demeanor and spirits :) ). Saw her clan and rank up many alts, have successes in many clans where she made alot of friends.

She will be remembered by all of us for the wonderfull person she was.

Just about as far back as I can remember there was a Caelophlyn. Back then she would follow me around as a novice/accepted, waiting for me to clan just so she could bond me. Because she knew that we were going to bond(it took alot longer than either of us expected unfortunately). She was mine and I was hers. I really have no words for this at all. We talked just a few weeks ago. I am going to miss her, so much.

Donna helped me stat Damena back when I first started the game, back when statting meant killing cute Brown deer up to level 5, then hoping the stats came out good, or else, it was a new name. Again. Donna would lead around statter trains so we could stat on ancient trees and make the process so much faster. 12 18 19 17 10. We celebrated when it happened. I had the pleasure of getting to know Donna over the years as I went from complete newbie to shawling, and I echo others who say she was wonderful and selfless and giving. Donna, may you shelter in the palm of the Creator's hand, and may the last embrace of the mother welcome you home.

I met Donna over 15 years ago now, when she was a young novice on Caelophlyn. We RPed that Stark was her father, and we shared many adventures together. I grieve her passing, and regret that I did not spend more time with her over the last couple of years.

Rest in peace Donna.
